ROBIN GUINEY
Children's book illustrator

Robin graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a degree in fine art. She briefly worked with a gallery in the Bahamas doing tropical landscapes and currently works as a therapist on a children's outpatient mental health trauma unit where she often gets to utilize art therapy techniques.

Robin lives in New York State's Hudson Valley with her husband Dan and her two adolescent sons, Max and Zack. She gets to be with her two step sons, Danny and James and her stepdaughter, Lauren part time. She is in the process of completing several children's books including "Magic of Snow Mountain", "Treasure in the Swamp" and "Looking for God" (a collaborative effort with author Neil Sullivan). Some of those illustrations are shown below.
